This article will detail where to find your event landing, live ticket, and preview ticket page. It will also cover the differences between them.
Finding your Event Listing Link
- Click the Ticket Icon in the top right of the dashboard
- A drop-down will appear showing you options for the three listing pages:

Landing Page
You can direct customers to your landing page before you put your tickets on sale.

Example Landing Page.
This page is great to post a description of your event, dates when ticket sales will open, and an area to hold sponsor logos.
Live Ticket Page
This is the link you can share with customers to purchase tickets.

Example Live Ticket Page (Sales not active)
You'll notice in the example above that ticket sales are not active. This is what the page will look like before you activate your ticket sales. Once you activate your sales, this page will look exactly like Preview Ticket Page.
You can either direct customers to the landing page URL or the Live Ticket Page URL. If you send them to the Landing Page, the "Click Here for Tickets" button will direct them to the Live Ticket Page. Otherwise, you can bypass the landing page altogether send them directly to the Live Ticket Page URL.
Preview Ticket Page
The Preview Ticket Page will show you what your Live Ticket Page will look like before activating your sales. While you're setting up the event, you can reference this page to see your changes.

Example of a Preview Ticket Page
You'll notice a warning at the top of the page. This will appear whenever your sales aren't active to remind you the page isn't visible to any customers.
