The Schedule Manager allows you to manage all the scheduled content you may present to your attendees. Some examples include: Q&A, panels, meet and greets, autographs, video game tournaments, etc.

The schedule is presented to the attendee via the mobile app or the web-based front-end schedule.

How it looks

The frontend schedule on the web provides the ability for viewers to:

• Filter by category/tags/locations
• Search by celebrity guest and see the results

Configuring Schedule Manager General Settings

1. From the left hand navigation, select Schedule Manager > Schedule Setup > General Settings
2. Here you can configure the submission and/or registration functions of the schedule manager
   1. Schedule Days - The event date span
   2. Schedule Disclaimer - Enter a customer disclaimer message which will appear at the bottom of every public facing schedule page
      1. Use the WYSIWYG editor to customize the text display
   3. Use Registration Schedule - This will allow logged in verified users the ability to register for schedule items
   4. Schedule On - This will turn on schedule registration from the user account schedule and prompt from the order confirmation page
   5. Registration Details - This custom text will display at the top of the main schedule when a  is managing their schedule
   6. Registration Email Details - This custom text displays in a designated location on the email confirmation
   7. Private Printable Schedule Information - This text will accompany a celebrity private schedule printout
