If a person has the "Payout" utility enabled, they will appear in the Expense Report for celebrities. This can be accessed by selecting the button below in People Manager.

At the top of the Expense Index Page are a variety of pages that pull information from the People Manager Utilities and can be edited here. The Expense Report is simply the final page available from that selection.

The Expense Report shows whether a Celebrity is marked as using the Payout Manager, all of their expenses such as Appearance Fees, Guarantees, Per Diems, Travel, Hotel, and then measures that against their Incomes showing how much they have netted against their Guarantee.

Incomes are tracked in two different places, notably products assigned to them in the Payout Manager and "other income" entered in the People Manager - Payout Manager.
