Access Migrating Data

The data migration tool enables data to be moved from one event to another.

From the sidebar, select: Event Setup > Data Migration

The following data types can be migrated:

Users	Users Managers Their permissions
Guests	Guest Name Guest Bio Guest Photo Status set to inactive Publicly visible set to false
Products	Product Name Product Description Product Price Product Taxable Product Admission Status Status set to inactive
Space Types	Exhibit Product Name Product Description Product Price
Forms
Surveys	Survey Survey Question Survey Responses

Migrating Data

Choose the Source event from the dropdown
Select the type of data you want to migrate
1. For example, if you select Users, the migration tool will present all of the users you can possibly migrate
2. Select any of the sub items under each category
Select the green Migrate button

Note: When migrating Products, you will need to designate a category. You can choose from any pre-existing category or create a new one.
